All you need is a Ubisoft account, and you automatically become a member of the Club!

arrow-rightWho can take part in the Club?

Everyone can get access to the exclusive benefits of the Club, and it's free! You just need a Ubisoft account. The only current obligations are creating your account and agreeing to the terms and conditions for the use of Ubisoft's services. Remember you must be 13 years or older to join.

You'll find all the info about your benefits in Ubisoft Club, which is available on 4 platforms: on the website; on PlayStation and Xbox consoles; on iOS and Android devices; and on Uplay PC; You can also follow us on Twitter @UbisoftClub.

arrow-rightHow can I delete my Ubisoft Account?

You can quit the Club at any time by deleting your Ubisoft account. To delete your Ubisoft account, contact our customer service department. We will miss you but you can come back any time.

arrow-rightWhy can't I see a Ubisoft Club section in my game?

Ubisoft Club is a better version of the old system of Uplay Rewards. We've improved our apps and integrated the Club directly into recent games. Not all games released after 2015 have included this change, which is why you might still come across sections called 'Uplay' in some of them. Don't worry - you'll still be able to earn Units, Rewards, Badges and XP in these games.

arrow-rightWhat are Ubisoft Club Challenges?

Ubisoft Club Challenges are objectives to complete in your games. They allow you to collect Club Units, Club XP, in-game currency and exclusive prizes. The Club has two types of challenges on offer: Classic and Weekly.

arrow-rightWhat are Classic Challenges?

Classic Challenges (previously known as 'Actions') are Club objectives that follow your progress in a game. You can complete them any time you want. They're a way to earn Club Units, Club XP and Badges. These Challenges can be found in all Ubisoft games compatible with the Club. You'll find the list of titles in the 'Games' faq.section.

arrow-rightWhat are Weekly Challenges?

Weekly Challenges are Club objectives to complete in your games. They are renewed every week. For each objective completed, you can earn Club XP, game currency and prizes available only for a limited time. To discover these Challenges, go to the Club applications in the following games: Rainbow Six Siege, Watch Dogs 2 and Assassin's Creed Origins. Stay tuned as new challenges will be added soon!

arrow-rightHow do Weekly Challenges work?

To start a Weekly Challenge you first have to add it in game or in the Club app. Once this is done, your progress in the Challenge will be registered in the game. When the Challenge has been completed, the 'Collect' button lets you collect all the related prizes and use them in the game.

arrow-rightWhat's a Club Reward? How do I get one?

Club Rewards are exclusive items for your games, such as weapon skins, costumes and consumables. And that's pretty cool stuff only available at Ubisoft! Certain Rewards are free, others need to be redeemed against Units - you just have to go to the Club or in your games to get them.

arrow-rightWhy are some Rewards locked?

Some Rewards are only available to players under certain conditions. These conditions are often related to owning another Ubisoft game or taking part in an Alpha or Beta. If you don't fulfill the conditions, a lock icon is displayed and a description of the condition is shown. If you fulfill the condition, you should be able to get it. If you're having trouble, contact our customer service department and we will try to help.

arrow-rightDo I have to redeem a Reward using Units earned in the same game?

No. You can exchange your Units for the game Reward of your choice. For example, if you've earned Units by completing Classic Challenges in Assassin's Creed Black Flag, you can use them to redeem a Club Reward in Rainbow Six Siege.

arrow-rightCan I use a Reward that I got on a different platform?

You can only use a Reward on the platform it was redeemed on. For example, if you play Rainbow Six Siege on your PC, and you've redeemed a Reward in the game on your PC, you can only use that Reward when playing the game on your PC. If you have the same game for a console, you'll have to redeem the Reward in the console version of the game in order to have it there.
Club XP

arrow-rightWhat is Club XP?

Club XP is the system that allows you to see your progress in the Club. You can check your level at any time in your profile, and compare it with other players by looking at their profiles. Club XP is earned by completing Classic Challenges in your games. The more Club XP you earn, the more you progress and the higher your level will be.

arrow-rightWhere can I see how much Club XP I've earned?

You can check the Club XP you've earned since joining the Club by clicking the XP progress bar in your profile. Below the progress bar, you can also see how much more Club XP you need to level up.

arrow-rightI've only just created my account, but I'm at level 2 already? Is that normal?

Yes! Creating your account involves linking it to a game platform. This earns you 750 Club XP, which is enough experience to take you to level 2.
Club Badges

arrow-rightWhat are Badges?

Badges are prizes to win in your games when you complete Classic Challenges. Each Badge is only revealed once it is won. You can see these badges on your profile on all Ubisoft Club Apps.

arrow-rightHow do I update my profile (avatar, user name, Badges…)?

To update your profile, go to or use the Ubisoft Club mobile app. On the website, click the 'Edit your profile' button to change your avatar, user name or background image. By clicking a Badge or empty slot, you can choose what you want to show.

arrow-rightWhat's a Ubisoft Avatar?

Each user with a Ubisoft account can change the image used to identify themselves.

arrow-rightWhat kind of Avatar can I use?

You can use an Avatar from the gallery created by Ubisoft or a personal Avatar from your own image gallery, as long as it respects the Club's conditions of use. On the mobile app, you can also take a photo directly. If your Avatar is removed and you don't understand why, contact our customer service department.

arrow-rightWhat are the rules about Avatars?

According to the User Conditions and Service Conditions, you are not allowed to: create, use, share and/or publish by any means (forum, public profile or other) in the context of the Services any material (text, quotes, images, sounds, videos, etc.) or content that, in UBISOFT's view, is aggressive, threatening, malicious, defamatory, false, pornographic, pedophile, obscene, vulgar, racist, xenophobic, inciting hatred, sexually explicit, violent, contrary to public decency or in any other way questionable; Specifically, if you load an Avatar that corresponds with one of the following examples, you will no longer be allowed to load a personalised Avatar and will have to use one chosen from our gallery: Condoning terrorism, Condoning fascism, Displaying child abuse. Please note that you can only show the image of a minor if their parents also appear in the image and it respects the other conditions detailed in the user conditions.

My friends

arrow-rightHow do I add friends?

On the website, Ubisoft Club mobile app and Uplay PC, you can search for players by their user name, or import your Steam, PlayStation or Xbox friends in the 'Friends' faq.section. You can also find players encountered during your game sessions and add them using our suggestion system. Currently, it's not possible to add friends from a console.

arrow-rightWhat are the benefits of adding friends?

By adding friends, you can discover their profiles and activities and compare your performance in each game with theirs by consulting the leaderboards. You'll find this friend list in your games so you can play together.

arrow-rightWhy aren't some of my friends showing up on PlayStation 4 / Xbox One?

Only friends using the same game platform as you are visible. This means that when you play on a PlayStation console you won't see your Xbox friends, and vice versa.

My Ubisoft account

arrow-rightWhy do I need a Ubisoft account to access the Club?

The Ubisoft account lets you connect to all Ubisoft services, including the Club. This allows you to access all your info in one place and benefit from exclusive privileges in your games.

arrow-rightI already have a PlayStation / Xbox / Steam account. Do I need to create a Ubisoft account as well?

To benefit from everything the Club has to offer, you need a Ubisoft account. However, you can also link your Steam, Xbox or PlayStation account to your Ubisoft account in order to maintain connectivity.

arrow-rightI already have a Ubisoft account. Do I have to create a new one to link it to PlayStation / Xbox / Steam?

You can link your Steam, PlayStation or Xbox account to your existing Ubisoft account. To link your Steam, PSN or Xbox account to your Ubisoft account: launch a Ubisoft game and choose the Uplay or Ubisoft Club faq.section. The game will ask you to enter your Ubisoft account details. If you already have an account, simply enter your e-mail address and password.

arrow-rightIf I buy a new game, do I need to create a new Ubisoft account to access the Club benefits?

If you already have a Ubisoft account, use the same account to play your new game.

arrow-rightHow do I change the e-mail address linked to my Ubisoft account?

On the website, click on your Avatar, then on 'Account management' at the bottom of the list. Next, click the 'Account information' block, then the 'Modify' button near your e-mail address and follow the instructions given.

arrow-rightI've forgotten the password for my Ubisoft account. What do I do?

Go to and click the 'Log in' button. Next, click 'Forgot password?' and enter your e-mail address. On the mobile apps, consoles and Uplay PC, the 'Forgot password?' option is also available as soon as they are launched.

arrow-rightWhat happens if I move to another country or change regions?

This has no impact on your account.

arrow-rightCan I merge two Ubisoft Accounts and combine the Units and XP on them?

It is not possible to link two Ubisoft accounts.
